Energy.
Your energy is what attracts or repels clients. Eek! I know that statement can bring on some heated emotions, but it’s true. And when I say energy, I mean your vibration. Your vibration is your overall state of being. Everything in the universe is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies. Even things that look solid like your body or your kitchen table are actually energy vibrating.
Your vibration is incredibly powerful, and most of us are unaware that it even exists, it’s not something we learn in school that’s for sure. Let’s pause right here for a moment, and just imagine how magnificent learning about our own energy at age 5 would have been…..wow.
So, why am I talking about energy today?
Because it’s my core message in business AND life. Your personal energy is so powerful AND it’s in your control.
It’s everything.
Lets dive into ENERGY and discover how you can start attracting new clients using it, today. Even if you don’t have a business to run, this is a life skill. A higher vibration leads to more joy and happiness in your life. Fun and pleasure are a main ingredient to increase your overall energy and vibration, I know, shocking! It’s the play that’s productive.
I’m sure if you’re a business coach or entrepreneur you’ve invested in yourself and your business at least once or more than likely, many times! I too, have had many coaches over the years, investing close to $50,000 on them. I learned a lot over the years, and THE most powerful lesson I learned was what I’m sharing with you today, so keep reading. I want to share with you the #1 thing that will skyrocket your income and client enrollment, so let me take you back three years….
It was October of 2014, and I took the scariest leap in my business thus far, and decided to invest in a $20,000 coaching program with a master mentor.

Taking the leap turned out to be the best thing I could have done, my coach was a master in all areas of business and life, and her approach was on the leading edge, our year together was eye opening, intense, and powerful. In our year working together, I didn’t change anything on my website, pay for FB ads, or anything else. ALL that changed in that year was my energy, and I made an extra $20,000 that year. Yep!
I’m going to clarify for you exactly what I mean by ‘changing your energy’ so I don’t leave you feeling lost, and thinking “what the hell is she talking about?”
Below are the two things I focused on to step into a high vibration and attract clients without having to work HARDER. And let me be clear, I’m NOT saying you don’t have to put in effort and take action in your business. But I do believe it’s a balance of both focused action and your personal energy that move the dial in the right direction. Here’s what I did…
#1 – I celebrated my wins.
Do not miss this step! This was a game changer. Celebrate everything. Celebrate the article you wrote, the interview you did, the workout you just finished at the gym, the salad you just ate. Seriously, celebrate it all. Fun and joy are attractive, clients are drawn to fun and joy like magnets.
When I was enjoying my life and being myself, without worrying and being in struggle all the time about business, that’s when the magic happened. Celebrate your wins with your friends/colleagues/mastermind. Sharing your wins with others is a huge part of “gathering your energy” and getting into alignment with a higher version of yourself.
#2 – I moved my body.
This step is easy for me because it’s what I teach (I was a personal trainer for 10 years) and I myself, bought into fit living 15 years ago when I transformed my own body and life, which is a whole other story! So, my dear, move your body. Move your body in a way that feels good to you. It could be walking outside, yoga, weight lifting, surfing, etc.
Whatever that physical movement is, it changes your energy (your state) and raises you vibration. There’s nothing like it. It’s the fastest way to change your energy, it’s almost instantaneous. Test it out for yourself right now, stand up and do 20 jumping jacks, feel different that you did 20 seconds ago? BINGO.
This is why ENERGY is my core message. It’s the jackpot, for your own happiness first, and for your clients, second. Moving your body is HOW you change your energy on ALL levels, not just physically. When you move your body, you move your business. It’s all connected.
Movement in your body = Movement in your business

Inspired Action – Grab your journal and do this exercise now. This is a great way to gather your energy and increase your vibration. Write down 50 reasons WHY you love working with your clients. Write out 50 ways your clients lives are better after working with you. Write down 50 things you’ve accomplished in your life. Ok, GO!
