You Inspire Others!

IMG543I’m going to start sharing ‘real life’ stories of friends, family, and clients that have noticed how living healthier has inspired others around them to start living healthier.  I already have a few stories that I’ll post and I’m always ready for more!

What healthy habit have you started or have been sticking with for a while?

Have you noticed other people ask you about it or have they even started following in your footsteps?

I’d love to hear your story so please email me if you’d like to have your very own post on my blog!

Here is a great observation from Kimberly Boran, a school classmate I have not seen in over 17 years, enjoy it and BE inspired!

“This was weird for me, but last week I received a message from a friend living far away from me saying all my running posts inspired her to start! She thanked me and it was amazing, I had no idea I effected someone that way! And it felt good! Someone actually did the same thing for me last July, so there you go.  I honestly had no idea my posts from my races or daily runs was doing that and again, it made me feel good! I’ve decided to start my own blog this July, which is the anniversary of when I myself started running, who knew it would totally change your life!!! No matter how fast or slow a mile run is still the same!  Our gym teacher from high school would pass out if she knew I ran a half marathon!”

Thanks Kimberly, keep inspiring those around you to live healthier, you’re a role model for others and that is powerful!

After 20 years as the trusted coach and secret weapon behind high achieving women, I know the shift that changes everything.

It’s not that you need to become more disciplined.

And it’s definitely not that you need to turn wellness into another job.

The real shift starts when you stop treating your body, your energy, and your health like they can wait.
