Living Totally Inspired – With Sonja Franzmann
A Lifestyle Coach is someone who helps people live better through fitness, nutrition and other lifestyle factors that are getting in the way of them living their best life. I actually chose to call myself a Health & Lifestylist, as it resonated with me much more than the term coach. Basically, I help create strong and sexy brides!
I’m a professional that takes a Holistic approach focusing on all areas of their health including fitness, nutrition, stress, mindset and anything else that is keeping them from walking down the aisle feeling fabulous. And I now focus exclusively on Brides-To-Be as their ‘go to’ health expert, as The Calgary Bridal Association and Calgary Bride graciously invited me to join their community and I knew it was the right fit. Women getting married want to look and feel like bombshells for the most important day of their life, and now they have their very own Lifestylist to help them get there
The path to becoming a bombshell bride has never been more healthy or fun than with Sonja Franzmann!
If brides are trying to get fit and feel great for their wedding, how far in advance should they start?
Ideally, I suggest a bride should start working with me 6 months before her wedding. Depending on her goals however, she might want to start 9 months before or even 3 months before might be enough for her. It really comes down to her goals and how long they will take to achieve, contacting me is the first step to take, as we figure it out in the initial phone call. That being said, some lifestyle coaching is always better than none! Many women will start a few months before the wedding and continue working me after the wedding. The perfect time to start working with me is when you’re ready! Even if the bride comes to me one month before her wedding, I can absolutely help her feel stronger and sexier for the big day.

For lots of brides, time is precious – how much time commitment is involved?
The amount of time will vary for each bride and comes down to her unique goals and the level of commitment she is ready to make. For some brides it could be 30 minutes 3x/week, for others it could be 45 minutes 5x/week. This is a topic that would be discussed in our initial session. One thing is for certain though, workouts will be fun as getting healthier feels good, and the road there needs to be relatively pleasurable as well!

Do you need a membership to a gym to get fit?
Absolutely not. With my help you will learn to workout anytime AND anywhere, even if you’re stuck in a closet or an elevator, you can still workout;) The location you decide on is wherever you feel comfortable, whether it be at the gym, home, office, or outside, it’s your call.
What drives your passion to help others build a fit and healthy lifestyle?
Great question, and a very important one! My passion is driven by the fact that I used to be unhealthy, living a very uninspired life, and I decided to transform myself. And from that moment on I knew what my calling was. Helping women live life feeling confident, healthy, and inspired is what I was meant to do, and it’s where my heart lies. I have a gift for helping others believe in themselves, as I believe in them so fiercely, and my belief in them helps them see it and believe it too. I can relate to the women coming to me for support and direction and that is HUGE. I’ve been there too, dealing with so many struggles and challenges of my own with regards to weight issues, self-esteem, disordered eating, chronic pain, and so much more. I know these struggles have helped me become a better health expert over the past 8 years. I care about my clients in an authentic way which they feel right off the bat, they know they can trust me to lead them to a life where they feel healthy and happy.
