The Biggest Myth About Health That is Holding You Back

The myth that getting healthy and fit has to feel nothing short of awful, is holding so many people back.

And, it’s 100% false.

That belief needs to retire, it’s SO old.

I get it though, and understand why so many people think this way. It’s sold to us all day every day.

Our friends, family, co-workers, strangers in line at the grocery store, magazines, infomercials with celebrities….

they all influence us. And sometimes they influence us in a positive way, and sometimes not so much.

For those of you that haven’t had sustainable success with health, fitness, and nutrition….

please let my 18 years in the industry influence you, over strangers at the grocery store.

Eating does not have to be a stressful, restrictive, soul crushing experience…

and fitness does not have to feel punishing, painful, or utterly exhausting.

I can tell you this with certainty because my health, fitness, food, and lifestyle are based on freedom and enjoyment.

It feels good.

It’s how I’ve lived my life for almost two decades, and it’s how my clients live theirs.

Case in point: I have a running joke with one of them that she lives at the spa…

because THAT is how it feels when you live healthy and fit from a place of self worth, instead of self hatred.

You can keep choosing punishment, or you can do something different and choose enjoyment.

Then you can see for yourself which one gets you better results.

P.S. If you’re ready to make a move instead of spinning your wheels for another year…

I invite you to book a Body Confidence Breakthrough call.

You’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain!
