Jamie Oliver Wants to Make You Dinner

I love to eat dinner. More than I love to cook dinner. True story;)

What about you?  Do you love to cook dinner? Or do you prefer someone cooking for you?

Typically my days feel quite busy with clients and life (I know you can relate), so I don’t often spend hours in the kitchen cooking up healthy, delicious dinners for myself and my loved ones. I always eat healthy, but on most days, it’s very basic. Lots of veggies, lots of protein and some healthy fats and carbohydrates. Simple. Not too fancy.

I’d like to share this dinner recipe with you, as I know my clients are always asking me for healthy meal ideas. So here ya go! I have a few ‘go to’ recipes that I love to use, and Jamie Oliver’s Prawn and Chorizo Orzo is one of them. The recipe takes about 35-45 minutes to make. It’s delicious. It’s a very balanced meal, meaning it has a great source of protein, healthy fat, and carbohydrates. Make sure you add a big side salad with it or other veggies to make it PERFECT. Try it this week and add it to your ‘go to’ dinner recipes if you love it as I do!

It’s not that you need to become more disciplined.

And it’s definitely not that you need to turn wellness into another job.
