[Part Two – How to Stop Emotional Overeating]

This next suggestion might sound unconventional (which I am) AND it’s effective and makes 100% sense….
STOP thinking you have an issue.
And STOP obsessing about it.
That one MINDSET shift alone helped my client have a huge breakthrough with her DECADES long, self destructive eating pattern. Up until the, she had tried it all. And taking the focus OFF of it was life changing for her.
What you FOCUS on expands, right?
Instead, focus on how you DO want to be eating, feeling, and behaving.
A perfect example is my client Collette, she emailed me a few days ago and said “I’m going to lose the last 5 pounds during quarantine!”
Oh man, I love my rebels!
I get it. Choosing not to do what the masses are doing, or spinning out in the collective energy, can feel like a rebellious act.
Yet, WHAT IF your intention starting today was empowering…
“In the next 14 days I’m going to build stronger and leaner legs.”
What intention can you set, to help you feel GOOD in your body right now, and over the next few weeks?
