Come Train At My FRESH New Studio!

Happy Thursday!

I have an announcement and it makes me happy to share it with you. I found my new studio to train clients out of! I’d been wishing and hoping for one that felt like ME, that my clients would love, one that would have great energy, and hopefully be downtown.

Well, bibbity-bobbity-boo. Wish granted!

I found it, or actually it found me. My fabulous colleague Tim Borys and I were having a Skype meeting on Friday and I mentioned I was looking for a new space to train my clients other than in their homes. He said “Why don’t you use my studio, I have so much space for you.”

I zipped over to his studio (734-7th Ave SW) and said YES right away! It’s perfect. It has great equipment, is boutique style, has a dry sauna, a massage therapist, showers and change rooms, and space for workshops and events. And..it’s all on the 18th floor, it’s actually a secret floor;)

If you want to check out the studio and start training with me, give me a dingle. Spots are going to fill up quickly.

See the studio location map here – Fitness Studio

All for now!

Live Inspired,

Sonja.

After 20 years as the trusted coach and secret weapon behind high achieving women, I know the shift that changes everything.

It’s not that you need to become more disciplined.

And it’s definitely not that you need to turn wellness into another job.

The real shift starts when you stop treating your body, your energy, and your health like they can wait.
