Daily Immune System Boosters:

 

1. Sleep. Rest, rest, rest.

2. Walk outside in the fresh air for 20+ minutes. (bonus vitamin D)

3. Drink 2-3 litres of clean water.

4. Eat raw organic purple garlic. Chop up 1-2 small cloves and swallow with food. No need to chew.

5. Use that powerful heart energy of yours. Send loving energy out to the world, and then back in towards yourself. Ground your feet and do for 30-60 seconds.
