This is an exciting and sometimes stressful time for brides, and exercising is your BEST way to stay strong, sexy and sane!  Whether you’re picking out your wedding dress or planning the guests seating arrangements…staying active and feeling fit will keep you energized and better equipped mentally, to make decisions and stay calm, cool, and collected…yep, you in?

Below are my 5 Fitness Tips for Brides:

1. Exercise regularly.

Aim for 3-5 days a week to workout and put it in your day planner so it’s scheduled. Your health is important, book it in!

2. Focus on strength, cardio and flexibility.

These are the 3 components of physical fitness, spend time working on each of these to be fit on all levels.

3. Hire a professional.

Get results faster, pretty simple concept and key to reaching your goals. We all need support in life, ask for it.

4. Do activities you enjoy.

I know for some exercise brings up negative thoughts, but it shouldn’t, always make sure you are enjoying the process.

5. Be patient.

This is the hardest step for people as we live in an instant gratification society and want things NOW.  Patience, you’ll get there.
